Posters Presentation

Instructions for Poster Authors

An academic poster is a formal presentation of the results of a research project or study. It serves to promote ongoing research or to present key final results (if already completed), ideally combining text and images to allow for a quick and efficient (re)cognition of the work being carried out or already concluded.

Main Requirements for a Poster:

  • Legibility – Legibility refers to the ease of reading, including the logical relationship between sections (see Point 6) and the conciseness of paragraphs (capacity for synthesis).
  • Presentation – Refers primarily to the appropriate choice of graphic fonts (see Point 4), including the use of colors and patterns in graphs, diagrams, and figures.
  • Organization – Spatial organization is crucial for the overall understanding of what is being presented.

Poster Format – Online Posters

  • Posters must be created using the template provided by the organization.
  • Export format: PDF
  • Each poster must consist of a single A1-sized PDF page.

Poster Format – In-Person Posters

  • We encourage posters to be presented in digital format, using software such as PowerPoint.

  • Authors will have 5 minutes to present their poster.
