Online Access

On July 8, the sessions will take place exclusively online.

Access to the online sessions is via the congress website, in each participant's personal area, using the email and password created for registration.

Participation implies full and valid registration.

To participate online, select the LOGIN button in the top right-hand corner of the congress website.

Click on “Sessions” on the left-hand side of your personal area. On the days of the congress you will be shown a list of the sessions taking place. Simply choose the session and press the “ENTER” button.

Audio, video and presentation sharing tests

To ensure that your presentation runs smoothly, we suggest that you do an audio, video and file sharing test beforehand.

To do this, select the LOGIN button in the upper right corner of the congress website.
Click on “Sessions” on the left side menu of your personal area.
Enter the “Test Session (Audio, Video and File Sharing)” session.

The test session will be available from 1 to 14 July.

The technical team will be available on the Test Session at the following times:
- July 2 from 2.30 p.m. to 5 p.m.;
- July 3 from 10.00 a.m. to 12.30 p.m..

To ensure that your presentation runs smoothly, please note the following requirements:

• - Stable internet access;
• - Microphone and camera;
• - We recommend the use of headphones with a microphone (not mandatory);
• - Use of Google Chrome or FireFox.
